
Just like everything in life, the more you put into your trip the more you will probably get out of it. Here are a few areas to think about as you go through the steps of planning and preparing for a trip.
Content: We work hard to tailor each adventure to each group. Start thinking about what you want for your Beyond Experience. Read the document Trip Leadership and Content for Leaders to help guide your planning. Then fill out the Trip Questionnaire (online form, email us for the link) to tell us who will be on your trip, what you want to study, and the kind of mountain or kayaking experience you want to have.
Equipment: Get your group together, go through the
equipment list, and start filling in the gaps. For more information and helpful hints about gear, click
here. We can provide almost everything you need, but it would be best to bring your own boots.
